Refund policy

At Calmora Home, every piece is crafted with care, layer by layer. Because many of our products are made to order and some are personalized, we keep our return policy simple and clear.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color/style chosen by the customer

  • Normal minor variations in texture, finish, or color that may happen with 3D-printed products

  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please note that customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • We sent the wrong item

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

Without these details, we may not be able to process your request.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging as much as possible

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will first offer a replacement whenever possible.

If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement is not possible, or

  • We determine that a refund is the best solution

For orders paid through manual payment methods, refunds will be sent via InstaPay.

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The issue is reviewed and approved, and

  • If required, the returned item is received by us

Product Appearance & 3D Printing Notice

Please note that all Calmora Home items are 3D-printed, which means slight differences may naturally occur in:

  • Surface texture

  • Layer lines

  • Minor finishing details

  • Color appearance due to screen settings and lighting

These small variations are part of the nature of the product and are not considered defects.
